Day 2: Harvest Season

After arriving in Argentina’s sun-drenched wine country, spend the day soaking in the rhythm of Mendoza. Explore the elegant streets and leafy boulevards of downtown, and enjoy a stroll through Parque San Martín, the city’s most iconic green space framed by mountain views. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in a hands-on Wine Blending Session, where expert winemakers guide you in creating your own unique blend. End the day with dinner at your hotel’s restaurant and a well-earned glass of Malbec.

Day 3: Flavors of the Uco Valley

Spend the day exploring the celebrated Uco Valley, framed by snow-capped peaks and endless rows of vines. You’ll visit iconic wineries, enjoy exceptional pairings, and savor a multi-course gourmet lunch, all in one of the most picturesque corners of Mendoza.

The main activity today is a Wine & Ride experience – cycle between boutique vineyards, enjoy scenic views, and savor a gourmet 6-course lunch with wine pairings.

Day 4: Olive Oils & Mendoza Views

Today is about slowing down and savoring Mendoza at your own rhythm. Begin with a visit to LAUR Olivicola, recognized as Argentina’s number one olive oil producer, for a guided tour through its olive groves and acetaia. Taste exceptional regional cheeses, house-made spreads, and artisanal breads, accompanied by a glass of award-winning wine. In the afternoon, choose between a scenic drive to Potrerillos or stay in the city to explore.

Day 5: Onward to Buenos Aires

Arrive in the “Paris of South America” for a cultural experience filled with soulful energy, culinary excellence, a thriving theater scene, passionate sports fans, and street art to inspire.

Day 6: Explore Buenos Aires

Explore the rich blend of culture, cuisine, and uniquely local experiences. Wander historic neighborhoods like San Telmo, Recoleta, and La Boca to soak up colonial charm, vibrant street art, and iconic architecture. Dive into the city’s cultural scene with a tango show at Rojo Tango, world-class museums, and performances at the grand Teatro Colón. Food lovers can indulge in traditional asado (barbecue) and local wine tastings, while those seeking active adventures can bike through Palermo’s parks or cruise the Tigre Delta.
