If you are a solo traveler and would like a private room, the single occupancy upgrade fee is $2,000 ($8,495 total trip cost). If you are traveling alone but would like to share with another participant, there is no additional cost but this option is based on others signing up for shared accommodation.

Refund Policy

Due to the remote nature of our destinations, we have a strict cancellation policy. We strongly recommend participants purchase a travel insurance policy to cover "cancellation for any reason" and medical care. Refunds requested more than 8 months from the first day of the event will be issued a 100% refund. Refund requests made more than 6 months from the first day of the event date will be issued a refund less the $1,495 non-refundable per person deposit. Refunds requested between 180 days and 120 days from the first day of the event dates will be issued a refund of 50% of the total event fee. Unfortunately, our partners have strict refund policies and it is therefore not possible for us to provide refunds if the request is made within 120 days of the event start date, with no exceptions. All refunds will be returned to the original form of payment used at the time of registration.
